Sharing your information 4.1 Your organization If you access the Service through a subscription managed by your organization, your personal information and certain usage data collected through the Service may be accessed or shared with authorized administrators of your organization for the purposes of usage analysis, subscription management and compliance, training course progress, performance and remediation, cost attribution and departmental budgeting, among other purposes. 4.2 Application Licensors If you access a third party application on the Service through a license agreement with the licensor of that application, personal information relating to that third party application may be shared with that licensor in order for it to provide you with access to that application in accordance with the terms of the license agreement and the Privacy Policy. 4.3 Our Group Companies and Service Providers Depending on the Services provided, we may share information with the following parties. Where Information is Processed We may store and process your personal information in your region or in other countries where HC, Inc and its affiliates and service providers maintain servers and facilities, including Australia, mainland China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Mauritius, the Netherlands, the Philippines, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States.
